Job summary

Connect Search, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations for a multi-shift production workforce. This hands-on role partners with employees and managers on recruiting, onboarding, benefits, training, compliance, and employee relations.

Duties include HRIS, timekeeping, payroll, workers’ comp, OSHA reporting, and supporting development and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or an associate degree with 5–8 years HR experience supporting a manufacturing location.
• Experience supporting hourly employees in a multi-shift production environment.
• Knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, benefits, and employment laws.
• Experience with workers’ compensation, workplace injury procedures, and OSHA recordkeeping.
• Proficiency with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office; Excel analysis skills preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment when handling confidential matters.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred to support employee conversations, policy translations, and benefits and compliance communications.
