Job summary

Havco Wood Products in Vonore, TN seeks a Human Resources Generalist to manage HR initiatives, payroll, benefits and policy administration. Reporting to the Plant HR Manager, the role supports workforce planning, employee relations and compliance in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in business or HR and at least five years of HR generalist experience in manufacturing, with strong knowledge of state and federal regulations, confidentiality and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or HR preferred but not required.
• Minimum five years of HR generalist experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with payroll, benefits and leave administration.

Responsibilities

• Run daily HR functions including pay, benefits and leave administration.
• Support workforce planning, recruiting strategies and interviewing processes.
• Foster employee relations and communicate HR policies across the plant.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and company policies.
