Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a progressively responsible HR Generalist role in manufacturing.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws.

• Maintain adherence to policies and procedures for all employees.
• Develop recruiting strategies and conduct interviews to fill positions.
