Qualifications

• Knowledge of applicable local, state and federal HR regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in workforce planning including headcount and variance analysis.
• Serve as the interface for HR questions from management and employees.
• Develop recruiting strategies, sources and interviewing procedures.
• Support employee awareness, engagement and appreciation activities.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies within HR processes.
