Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field; 3+ years HR experience.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing workforce and multiple shifts preferred.
• Advanced experience with employee relations, attendance & policy interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations related to employee relations matters and policy violations; document findings and recommendations.
• Work with supervisors to ensure policy compliance, attendance management, and corrective actions.
• Counsel employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
• Administer leave programs (FMLA, ADA, Workers' Comp, etc.) and benefits enrollment.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity, employee records, and reporting.
