Job summary

Ventek Solutions LLC in Tennessee is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support its two plants in Tullahoma and Mt. Pleasant.

This on-site role requires weekly travel between locations and reports to the Vice President of Human Resources. You will oversee the full employee life cycle, administer policies, manage payroll data, benefits, leaves and compliance, partner with plant leadership on staffing, engagement and training, and drive continuous improvement across the organization while

Qualifications

• Minimum six years in HR or related area, with focus on employee relations, policy administration, safety and compliance in manufacturing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Paycor experience is preferred.
• Must communicate effectively and build cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Managers and Operations to provide HR support and policy administration.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, development, retention, offboarding.
• Lead talent development, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage payroll data accuracy, benefits administration, and leave of absence processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
