Job summary

Hyosung HICO, Ltd., based in Memphis, TN, seeks a Human Resource Generalist to provide professional HR support across a broad range of functions within a manufacturing environment.

The role centers on employee relations, policy administration, attendance management, corrective action, benefits administration, leave administration, HRIS, reporting, compliance, and maintaining employee records in line with company policy and applicable law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 3+ years HR experience.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing workforce and multiple shifts preferred.
• Advanced experience in employee relations, attendance administration, and policy interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct employee relations investigations and counsel employees, supervisors, and managers.
• Manage attendance, corrective actions, and policy administration.
• Administer leave programs (FMLA, ADA, WC, etc.) and benefits including Open Enrollment.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and prepare HR reports and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
