TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support direct labor at the North Jackson, Ohio facility. The role partners with managers to provide coaching on employment matters, investigations, and engagement programs to boost morale and retention.

You will work onsite, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to fill vacancies. Bachelor’s in HRM or equivalent is required, with 3–5 years in manufacturing HR preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in employee relations and investigations.
• Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition and recruitment.
• Knowledge of US and OH employment laws.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Provide coaching and consultation on full-cycle employment matters to managers and teams.
• Resolve employee relations or disciplinary matters; conduct investigations and guide supervisors on outcomes.
• Implement engagement programs to improve morale and retention for direct labor.
• Analyze HR metrics with HR Manager to drive business solutions.
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to fill vacancies via Workday; manage job requisitions and offers.
• Support bi-weekly payroll audit and time/attendance processes; reinforce self-service usage.
• Lead New Hire Orientation and support HR Shared Services model for tactical HR questions.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment legislation.
