Talent Solutions Partners in Dayton, OH is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a manufacturing environment. This hands-on role supports hourly staff and production leaders on policies, attendance, performance, and inquiries.

You will drive recruiting and onboarding, manage benefits and compliance, and partner with HRBPs to resolve issues. The position emphasizes work-life balance and a business-casual setting with minimal weekend obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent manufacturing HR experience.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing HR experience.
• Experience in benefits administration, recruitment, FMLA, compliance, etc.
• Strong employee relations background.
• FMLA and Workers' Compensation knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary HR contact for hourly staff and production leaders regarding policies, attendance, performance, and general inquiries.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for hourly manufacturing roles.
• Support timekeeping, payroll, and recordkeeping.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, trainings, audits, leaves of absence, FMLA, Workers' Comp.
• Lead engagement, wellness, and recognition programs with metrics tracking.
