TTM Technologies, Inc. in North Jackson, OH is seeking an HR Generalist to support direct labor HR needs onsite.

You will partner with managers to foster a positive employment experience, handle employee relations, retention and morale, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on staffing initiatives. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR management (SHRM/HRCI preferred) and 3–5 years of HR experience in manufacturing or similar settings.

Formación

• Knowledge of HR practices and US and OH employment laws.
• Experience with employee relations and investigations.
• Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition for recruitment.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees and supervisors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence.
• Problem solving, judgment, and decisive decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and consult on full-cycle employment matters with direct labor teams.
• Resolve employee relations or disciplinary issues and conduct investigations.
• Drive engagement programs to improve morale and retention.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on staffing strategies and fill vacancies timely.
• Process job requisitions and new hire offers in Workday.
• Support bi-weekly payroll audits and time-keeping adherence.
• Lead New Hire Orientation at North Jackson site.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
