Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing HR experience.
• Experience in benefits administration, recruitment, FMLA, compliance, etc.
• Strong employee relations background.
• Working knowledge of FMLA and Workers' Compensation.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary HR contact for hourly staff and production leaders regarding policies, attendance, performance, and general inquiries.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to fill hourly manufacturing roles efficiently and oversee new-hire onboarding.
• Collaborate with operations leadership and HRBPs to resolve issues, handle corrective actions, and support timekeeping, payroll, and recordkeeping.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, training requirements, audits, and administration of leaves of absence, FMLA, and Workers' Compensation.
• Lead engagement, wellness, and recognition programs while tracking key metrics to optimize HR support.
