Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a manufacturing setting in Dayton, OH. This hands-on role partners with operations to manage daily HR inquiries, benefits administration, and employee relations.

A bachelor's degree is preferred, with 3-5 years of manufacturing HR experience and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams. You will oversee recruiting, onboarding, timekeeping, and payroll support while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience considered in lieu of degree
• 3-5 years in manufacturing HR
• Experience across benefits, recruiting, FMLA, compliance in HR Generalist role
• Strong employee relations background
• Working knowledge of FMLA and Workers' Compensation
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary HR contact for hourly staff and production leaders
• Partner with managers to fill hourly manufacturing roles and oversee onboarding
• Collaborate to resolve issues, support timekeeping, payroll, and recordkeeping
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, audits, and leaves of absence
• Lead engagement, wellness, and analytics programs to monitor turnover and staffing trends
