IPEX Group in Lawton, Oklahoma, is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with leaders and employees, manage onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

This on-site role emphasizes engagement, workforce planning, training, and data-driven HR initiatives to foster a high-performing, safe workplace while supporting payroll interfaces, benefits, and labor relations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organizational development, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Partner with management to promote effective HR practices and an outstanding work environment.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and deliver engaging employee orientation programs.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, attendance, conflict resolution, and performance management matters.
• Serve as a resource for labour relations and support a harmonious workplace culture.
• Implement innovative HR programs that drive engagement, development, and retention.
• Support workforce planning, career development, and employee coaching initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between employees, payroll, Corporate HR, and HR Centers of Excellence.
• Coordinate disability claims management and return-to-work programs.
• Facilitate HR-related training and maintain training records.
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR leadership.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, standards, and work instructions.
