Job summary

IPEX's Silver-Line Plastics in Lawton, OK is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to partner with leaders and employees in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. This on-site role is five days a week, typically 8am–4pm, with a focus on onboarding, employee relations, performance management and engagement.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in HR or related field and 3–5 years of generalist HR experience, including at least 1 year in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience with a generalist focus, at least 1 year in manufacturing.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills; excellent communication and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to promote effective HR practices and a positive work environment.
• Coordinate onboarding and deliver employee orientation programs.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, attendance, performance, and conflict resolution.
• Support workforce planning, training, and implementation of HR programs.
