Job summary

IPEX, based in Pineville, NC, seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to align HR services with manufacturing objectives and drive workforce effectiveness. The role reports to the Director of HR and may consider nearby plant locations as well.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent development, organizational performance and engagement while partnering with COEs on capability building and succession.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in HR or generalist HR roles.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency with HRIS (Workday preferred) and MS Office.
• Experience with employee and labor relations and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to leadership on talent development, performance, culture and engagement.
• Provide strategic advice on workforce planning and people strategies aligned to business goals.
• Partner with Talent COE to drive leadership development and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Employee & Labor Relations to address complex issues and actions.
• Analyze trends with HR COEs to design effective programs and solutions.
• Coordinate with recruitment to align workforce plans with hiring needs.
• Promote and implement enterprise-wide HR programs with senior client groups.
