Job summary

Arrowhead Winch is seeking a skilled Human Resource Specialist to join our Okmulgee team on-site. You will handle HR programs, policies, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires at least 3 years in HR, strong communication, and knowledge of FMLA/ADA/FLSA. Bachelor's degree preferred; ADP and SAP experience a plus; you will partner with managers to optimize people processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in manufacturing or another hourly, multi-shift environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Working knowledge of HR laws including FMLA, ADA, PWFA, FLSA, Title VII, and EEO requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site HR contact for employees, supervisors, and managers; advise on policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Assist in workplace investigations and document findings; support corrective action.
• Coordinate FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and short-term disability processes; act as liaison with benefit providers.
• Handle recruiting, onboarding, orientation, benefits orientation, and career development.
• Partner with managers on performance improvement, training, and use of performance management tools.
