We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist who is passionate about people, employee engagement, and building high‑performing workplaces. In this role, you will partner with leaders and employees to support a broad range of human resources initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Operations run 24/7; this is a 5 day/week on‑site position that is typically 8am-4pm.
Education
You will collaborate regularly with employees, peers, supervisors, and business leaders across the organization.
This role is primarily based within a manufacturing setting and may involve occasional exposure to production environments, noise, machinery, chemicals, and personal protective equipment requirements. Some lifting (up to 10 lbs.) may be required.
