Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in benefits, recruitment, FMLA, compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for hourly staff and supervisors regarding policies, attendance, performance, and general inquiries.
• Partner with hiring managers to fill hourly manufacturing roles and oversee onboarding.
• Collaborate with operations leadership and HRBPs to resolve issues, support timekeeping, payroll, and recordkeeping.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, training requirements, audits, and leaves (FMLA) and Workers’ Compensation.
• Lead engagement, wellness, and recognition programs and track key HR metrics to optimize support.
• This hands-on role requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
