• Bachelor's degree acceptable; 3–5 years of manufacturing HR experience preferred.
• Strong employee relations background; benefits administration, recruitment, FMLA, compliance experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for hourly staff and production leaders on policies, attendance, performance, and inquiries.
• Partner with hiring managers to fill hourly manufacturing roles and oversee onboarding.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to resolve issues, support timekeeping, payroll, and recordkeeping.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, trainings, audits, leaves, FMLA, and workers' compensation.
• Lead engagement, wellness, and recognition programs while tracking turnover and staffing trends.
