Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing HR.
• Experience in benefits administration, recruitment, FMLA, and compliance.
• Strong employee relations background.
• Knowledge of FMLA and Workers' Compensation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for hourly staff and production leaders regarding policies, attendance, performance, and inquiries.
• Partner with hiring managers to recruit, fill roles, and oversee onboarding of new hires.
• Collaborate with operations leadership and HRBPs to resolve issues, support timekeeping, payroll, and recordkeeping.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, audits, leaves of absence (FMLA), and Workers' Compensation.
