Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to partner with operations in a profitable, leading manufacturing environment in Dayton, OH. You will handle day-to-day inquiries, employee relations, onboarding, and compliance while supporting timekeeping, payroll, and HR operations.

The role emphasizes engaging employees, wellness programs, and data-driven HR analytics within a team-focused, business-casual setting with flexible, minimal weekend obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing HR or similar environment.
• Experience with benefits administration, recruitment, FMLA and compliance.
• Strong employee relations background and knowledge of FMLA/Workers' Comp.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for hourly staff and production leaders regarding policies, attendance, performance, and general inquiries.
• Fill hourly manufacturing roles; oversee new-hire onboarding.
• Support timekeeping, payroll, and recordkeeping with operations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, audits, and leaves of absence, FMLA, and Workers' Compensation.
• Lead engagement, wellness, and analytics programs while tracking turnover and staffing trends.
