Aspire Talent Solutions seeks a hands-on Human Resources Generalist for manufacturing in Dayton, OH. You will be the primary HR contact for hourly staff, handling inquiries, attendance, onboarding, recruiting, and employee relations with guidance from the VP of HR.

This role emphasizes work-life balance, a collaborative culture, and bonus potential, with strong benefits and opportunities to partner across operations while ensuring compliance and HR operations excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 3–5 years of similar manufacturing HR experience.
• Experience in a diverse HR Generalist role including benefits, recruitment, FMLA, compliance, etc.
• Strong employee relations background.
• Working knowledge of FMLA and Workers' Compensation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary HR contact for hourly staff and production leaders regarding policies, attendance, performance, and inquiries.
• Partner with hiring managers to fill hourly manufacturing roles and oversee onboarding.
• Collaborate with operations leadership and HRBPs to resolve issues and support payroll, timekeeping, and recordkeeping.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, training requirements, audits, and leaves of absence.
• Lead engagement, wellness, and recognition programs while tracking turnover and staffing trends.
