Job summary

RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC in Dayton, OH seeks a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to partner with operations on day-to-day HR inquiries and employee relations. The role is on-site with core hours Monday–Friday, offering a robust benefits package and annual bonus potential.

You will handle recruiting, onboarding, timekeeping and payroll support while ensuring compliance and delivering strategic HR programs across a diverse manufacturing environment. This is not an entry-level position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing HR.
• Experience in benefits administration, FMLA, and workers' comp.
• Strong employee relations background.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for hourly staff and production leaders.
• Partner with hiring managers to fill hourly manufacturing roles and onboard.
• Support timekeeping, payroll, and recordkeeping.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Lead engagement, wellness, and analytics programs.
