Job Juncture is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a manufacturing setting in Dayton, OH. The role focuses on supporting hourly staff, onboarding, employee relations, payroll administration and compliance within a dynamic production environment.

The position requires a minimum 3–5 years in manufacturing HR, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, strong knowledge of FMLA/Workers’ Compensation, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office. On-site with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing HR experience.
• Experience in benefits administration, recruitment, FMLA and compliance.
• Strong employee relations background and knowledge of FMLA/Workers’ Compensation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS; ability to manage HR data and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for hourly staff and production leaders on policies, attendance, performance, and inquiries.
• Partner with managers to fill hourly manufacturing roles and oversee onboarding of new hires.
• Collaborate with operations leaders to resolve issues, support timekeeping, payroll, and recordkeeping.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, training requirements, audits, leaves of absence, FMLA and workers’ compensation.
• Lead engagement, wellness and recognition programs while tracking key HR metrics.
