Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing HR experience preferred.
• Experience with benefits administration, recruitment, FMLA and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for hourly staff and production leaders on policies, attendance, performance, and inquiries.
• Partner with hiring managers to fill hourly manufacturing roles and oversee onboarding.
• Collaborate with operations leaders to resolve issues and support timekeeping, payroll, and recordkeeping.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, training requirements, audits, leaves of absence, FMLA, and Workers' Compensation.
• Lead engagement, wellness, and recognition programs while tracking turnover and staffing trends.
