Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a Dayton, OH manufacturing site to support hourly staff and operations. The role focuses on employee relations, onboarding, benefits, and compliance within a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with operations and HRBPs, manage timekeeping and payroll support, and help drive engagement and wellness programs while maintaining work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• 3-5 years in manufacturing HR or similar environment.
• Experience with benefits administration, recruitment, FMLA, compliance.
• Strong employee relations background.
• Knowledge of FMLA and Workers' Compensation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary HR contact for hourly staff and production leaders regarding policies, attendance, performance, and inquiries.
• Partner with hiring managers to fill hourly manufacturing roles and oversee onboarding.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to resolve issues and support timekeeping, payroll, and recordkeeping.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, audits, and leaves of absence (FMLA) and Workers' Compensation.
• Lead engagement, wellness, and recognition programs and track key HR metrics.
