Job summary

Accounting Search in Dayton, OH seeks a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to partner with operations on daily HR inquiries and employee relations. This on-site role features core hours Mon-Fri with flexibility to support off‑shift staff.

You will drive recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, payroll support, and HR metrics, while promoting engagement and work‑life balance. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in manufacturing HR are preferred.

• 3–5 years of manufacturing HR experience
• Experience in benefits administration, compliance, and HR operations
• Strong employee relations background and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Handle daily HR inquiries for hourly staff and production leaders
• Recruiting, onboarding, and new-hire administration
• Support timekeeping, payroll, recordkeeping, and HR compliance
• Promote engagement, wellness, and HR analytics across operations
• Report to HR leadership and partner with cross-functional teams
