Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR functions in manufacturing environments.
• Well-rounded HR generalist background.
• Experience recruiting general labor positions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for hourly personnel on attendance and policies.
• Recruit for hourly manufacturing positions and facilitate onboarding.
• Enter data into payroll and HRIS systems; support timekeeping.
• Assist with compliance audits and leaves of absence.
• Lead recognition, wellness programs and event planning; manage vendor programs.
