AriensCo is seeking an Associate Human Resource Business Partner for our Fayetteville, TN manufacturing facility. You will support employees, leaders, and organizational success while aligning HR activities with business priorities.

This role requires collaboration across shifts, manages investigations, and assists with recruiting, onboarding, and policy interpretation to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of HR practices and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR resource for employees and supervisors.
• Support investigations, conflict resolution, and day-to-day employee relations.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with values.
• Collaborate with plant leaders on workforce needs and priorities.
• Guide performance management, coaching, and policy interpretation.
• Assist with recruiting across HR and Operations teams.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS updates.
• Prepare turnover, attendance, and staffing reports.
