Job summary

AriensCo is seeking an Associate Human Resource Business Partner at our Fayetteville, TN manufacturing facility. You will support employees, leaders, and organizational success, acting as an HR resource across shifts and helping with investigations, coaching, and policy interpretation.

Collaborating with plant leaders, you will understand workforce needs, assist with onboarding, and ensure compliance with employment laws while maintaining a positive, inclusive culture aligned with AriensCo

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in HR coordination, generalist work, or business partner support, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.
• Solid understanding of HR practices, employment law, and workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR resource for employees and supervisors.
• Assist employees across multiple shifts when necessary.
• Support investigations, conflict resolution, and day‑to‑day employee relations matters.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values.
• Collaborate with plant and operations leaders to understand workforce needs and priorities.
• Provide guidance on performance management, coaching, and policy interpretation.
• Support recruiting and onboarding processes to meet staffing demands.
• Maintain accuracy of employee records and HRIS updates.
