Qualificações

• 8+ years HR Generalist/Business Partner in a manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Relations, Human Resources or related field.
• PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
• US Work Authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the leadership team to implement HR strategy, recruiting, retention and succession planning.
• Manage talent acquisition for managerial, exempt, and professional roles in collaboration with dept. managers.
• Provide HR guidance to management and analyze trends with the HR group to develop solutions.
• Handle complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and liaise with Legal as needed.
