Fusion Connect is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive outbound lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting. You will build a pipeline, report activity, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to convert opportunities.

You’ll engage prospects via calls, emails, and social channels, targeting mid-to-senior executives, and you’ll leverage Salesforce.com and LinkedIn to track progress and optimize messaging. Strong SaaS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2–5 years in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Sales, or Marketing.
• SaaS experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Research and build new accounts; identify and qualify contacts.
• Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives in target accounts.
• Manage, track, and report on all sales activities using Salesforce.com.
• Uncover prospect’s business challenges and identify relevant new business opportunities.
