Job summary

Fusion Connect is seeking a Business Development Representative in Atlanta to drive outbound lead generation, appointment setting, and lead qualification. You will support regional and national events, collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams, and build a robust sales pipeline with consistent activity reporting in Salesforce.

The role requires consultative selling, the ability to engage Senior Executives, and a drive to exceed monthly quotas. Prior SaaS or telecom exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in reaching out to senior executives and managing multi-step sales processes.
• Ability to build and qualify opportunities through outbound activities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding high-volume sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities to drive pipeline growth.
• Outbound prospecting to Mid to Enterprise accounts via cold calling and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing and Enterprise AEs to develop call strategies.
