Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of production experience in a related environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet production goals through efficient processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Demonstrate leadership in line with Crown Laundry culture and policies.
• Fill in and assist with other positions to achieve production targets.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Ensure safety by supporting monthly safety meetings and addressing issues.
• Prepare and communicate production targets and results via reports and meetings.
• Ensure products follow documented formulas and processes.
• Handle administrative duties and liaise with office staff for new hire paperwork.
