Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks a Senior Manager, Factory Engineering to lead engineering activities for the factory, ensuring safety, product quality, and environmental compliance while delivering capital projects and asset optimization. This role acts as a strategic technical leader across engineering functions within the plant.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Engineering is required.
• At least 10 years related work experience strongly preferred with at least 3 years of leadership/management experience.
• Knowledge of food safety and regulatory requirements for hygienic engineering (OSH&R) preferred.
• Familiarity with TPM and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Visio, CDM, AMM, ESAT, CIAT, NEMT and similar technical tools/systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor the implementation of Factory Engineering plans aligned with the NEEs and policies.
• Set the technical strategic vision for the factory and cascade objectives to engineering leaders.
• Drive equipment reliability and maintenance foundations (TPM) to reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain technical competencies at the factory and oversee capital execution processes.
• Drive plant sustainability objectives and ensure compliance with Nestlé standards.
