Nestlé USA is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Expert to accelerate performance across the US manufacturing network. You will coach leadership teams, drive TPM 7+4 maturity, and lead data-driven improvements to reduce losses and raise productivity.

The role requires building capabilities in ME and production managers, scaling best practices, and guiding digital and analytics initiatives across multiple sites. Based in Solon, OH or a nearby home office, with a competitive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Progressive manufacturing experience with TPM, Lean/NCE, and operational excellence.
• Experience leading complex performance improvements in factory/multi-site settings.
• Strong coaching, facilitation and change leadership abilities.
• Advanced TPM/operational excellence and Industrial Performance knowledge.
• Analytical skill to convert data into action.

Responsabilités

• Drive factory strategy and execution with roadmaps and governance.
• Lead structured loss analysis, rapid improvement, and cost improvement.
• Advance TPM 7+4 maturity and daily management routines.
• Develop ME and production managers through coaching and development.
• Use analytics to improve visibility and sustain results.
• Scale best practices across factories and categories.
