Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Excellence Manager to lead factory-wide performance enhancement, steer NCE initiatives, and drive industrial performance improvements on site in Eau Claire. You will partner with the Factory Manager to cascade priorities and ensure data-driven decision making.

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing/CI, a strong background in TPM/Lean, and expertise with Power BI and SAP Master Data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field; or 10 years of experience in lieu.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct NCE implementation strategy and continuous improvement within the factory.
• Develop and sustain Industrial Performance systems and routines.
• Ensure data reliability (SAP BOM/Master Data) and planning rate reviews.
• Lead strategic planning and alignment from market to factory.
• Coach leadership teams in TPM and manufacturing standards.
