Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Expert to accelerate performance across the U.S. manufacturing network. The role leads coaching of Factory Leadership Teams, drives TPM 7+4 and Daily Management, and focuses on loss elimination, reliability, throughput, and cost improvements.

This position supports multiple factories and aims to scale best practices across sites, with leadership development at its core. Based in Solon, OH, or work from a home office near a major U.S.

Qualifications

• Progressive manufacturing experience with results in TPM, Lean/NCE, operational excellence, reliability, engineering, or continuous improvement.
• Experience leading complex performance improvement or transformation in a factory or multi-site environment.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, structured problem-solving, change leadership, and influence without authority.
• Advanced TPM / operational excellence and Industrial Performance knowledge.
• Strong analytical capability and experience converting manufacturing data into focused action.
• Digital manufacturing, performance analytics, project management, basic finance, and value-creation understanding.

Responsibilities

• Drive manufacturing strategy and factory execution by translating priorities into factory roadmaps and governance routines.
• Accelerate operational performance through loss analysis, rapid improvement, reliability, and cost reduction.
• Deploy TPM 7+4 and Daily Management with maturity evaluations and gap-closure actions.
• Develop Factory ME Managers, Production Managers, and system owners via coaching and experiential development.
• Enable digital and data excellence with analytics, master data accuracy, and datadriven decision making.
• Scale best practices and transformation by reapplying proven solutions across factories and categories.
