Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks a Senior Manufacturing Excellence Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive factory-wide performance improvement strategy. This role acts as the center of expertise for Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) and Industrial Performance within the Eau Claire factory.

You will oversee NCE implementation, data integrity, and alignment with market priorities, while guiding leadership teams and coaching on TPM/Lean methodologies to sustain results.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field required. 10 years in lieu of degree.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification desired.

Responsibilities

Direct reporting to Factory Manager for NCE Implementation Strategy and Continuous Improvement.
Develop and maintain Industrial Performance systems and routines, including Labor utilization studies.
Drive data reliability, SAP BOM/Master Data accuracy, and planning rate reviews.
Lead strategic planning (OMP) and improvement initiatives in the factory.
Embed NCE projects into Factory objectives and align leadership teams.
