Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Excellence Manager to shape and drive a factory-wide performance improvement strategy at the Eau Claire site. This role anchors Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) and Industrial Performance initiatives, reporting to the Factory Manager.

The position requires 8+ years in manufacturing/continuous improvement, with strong leadership, Lean/TPM experience, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field, or 10 years of experience.
• 8+ years in a manufacturing/continuous improvement environment.
• 2–3 years working with factory management/leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly reporting to the Factory Manager; accountable for NCE Implementation Strategy, Continuous Improvement and Industrial Performance responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain Industrial Performance systems & routines, including labor utilization studies.
• Lead development of Strategic plan (OMP) and improvement strategy in the Factory.
• Define and embed NCE projects and initiatives into Factory objectives.
• Establish factory governance to ensure NCE delivers business results.
• Coach and develop Local Leadership Teams in Manufacturing competencies.
• Collaborate with Market Excellence to drive NCE improvements.
