Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Excellence to lead the development, alignment, and execution of a factory-wide performance improvement strategy at the Eau Claire site. This role anchors Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) and industrial performance activities, reporting to the Factory Manager and collaborating with Market leadership.

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing/CI, a strong TPM/Lean background, and hands-on experience with data tools (Power BI, SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years in a manufacturing or continuous improvement environment.
• Food or CPG experience preferred including 2-3 years on the production/maintenance floor.
• 2-3 years’ experience with factory management/leadership teams.
• 2-3 years’ experience in project management, loss intelligence, and advanced problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Directly reporting to the Factory Manager, accountable for NCE implementation and continuous improvement in the factory.
• Develop and maintain industrial performance systems, routines, and labor utilization studies.
• Ensure data reliability, SAP BOM/Master Data, and planning rate reviews.
• Lead strategic plan development (OMP) and improvement strategy in the factory.
• Cascade priorities from Market to factory and embed NCE projects into Factory objectives.
• Drive governance to ensure NCE delivers business results and build factory leadership capability.
