Pro Resources Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative in Fort Wayne, IN, to serve as the first contact for customers by answering phones and greeting visitors. The role requires 4+ years of office-based customer service, strong communication, and precise order entry using MAX ERP and Peachtree/Sage 50.

Hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch, and pay is $20.00 per hour. You will handle invoices, ASNs, customs docs, and ERP updates while maintaining a professional,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service experience in an office environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook.
• Professional phone handling skills and strong listening and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in order entry and documentation.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced office.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones and greet visitors.
• Respond to customer emails and requests, check order status, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department as needed.
• Review incoming purchase orders for accuracy and enter orders into the ERP system within one business day.
• Confirm sales acknowledgements are sent electronically each day.
• Complete daily invoicing, including reviewing packing slips for accuracy, invoicing electronically, and collating and filing invoice packets.
• Set up new customer accounts and update customer pricing in the ERP and accounting systems per sales requests.
• Prepare customs documentation and proforma invoices, and coordinate shipment pick-up scheduling with customers.
• Send Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) and print customer-specific labels according to each customer’s requirements.
• Review and update customer portals according to the customer service schedule.
• Run, print, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports; maintain sales and order spreadsheets and weekly metrics.
• Help update and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) with manager approval.
• Keep a clean, organized workspace, with all documents filed appropriately by the end of each week.
