Wenthe-Davidson Engineering Co. in Wisconsin is seeking a motivated Customer Order Entry Specialist to serve as the first line of contact for customers. You will enter orders into ERP, pull data from ERP/EDI portals, and coordinate with scheduling to provide shipping updates.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. Experience supporting business clients preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP; Infor SyteLine a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to maintain composure in stressful or challenging situations.

Aufgaben

• Enters customer orders into ERP.
• Acts as first line interface for daily customer inquiries (order status, shipment status, order problems etc.)
• Confirms orders and works with scheduling to provide shipping updates and notify customers of backorders or delivery changes.
• Uses Customer ERPs and EDI Portals to pull and confirm POs and Order Data.
• Initiates customer JIT RFQs, revision updates and part reactivations.
• Resolves price and part discrepancies and updates the system with ISO change control.
• Coordinates and completes customer compliance requests and ASNs.
• Maintains records relative to customers and orders (pricing, customer lists).
• Sets up and administers customer master files in ERP system.
• Maintains and updates order entry procedures.
• Backs up planning on scheduling orders in ERP system.
