MP Systems is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Enfield, CT. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders in our ERP, and coordinating with engineering and shipping to ensure responsive service.

• Understanding of Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone and email.
• Remedy or triage customer inquiries.
• Work with engineering team to track technical inquiries/issues in our service database.
• Process orders using our ERP systems.
• Provide customers with documentation pertaining to their order including sending an order acknowledgement with ship date, shipment tracking, and an invoice.
• Work with shipping department to track, expedite or delay shipments.
• Perform miscellaneous organizational and administrative tasks as required.
• Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
