Job summary

Steelhead Technologies Inc. is seeking a entry-level Sales/BDR to be the first point of contact with prospective customers in the manufacturing ERP space. You will perform high-volume outreach across calls, emails, and social channels to qualify prospects and book meetings that move deals forward.

You will gain exposure to the full spectrum of business operations and have opportunities for accelerated career growth through hands-on coaching and mentorship from sales leadership.

About The Role

• As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with prospective customers. You’ll run high-volume outreach (calls, emails, social), qualify prospects, and book meetings that move deals forward. What We Are Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (SaaS or manufacturing a plus)
• Comfortable running outreach, live calls, and discovery conversations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Resilient, motivated, and comfortable working in a high-activity environment
• Strong cold calling mindset — not afraid to pick up the phone
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) preferred
