Job summary

International Motors, LLC is expanding its San Antonio production with a Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager role to lead a team of engineers across frame, axle, chassis, and final assembly. The position focuses on safety, quality, delivery, and cost while supporting new product launches and ramping up a night shift in 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4+ years of product manufacturing experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Masters degree with 2+ years of experience also acceptable.
• At least 6 years of manufacturing experience may substitute for degree requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers with accountability for deliverables and performance.
• Provide hands-on support for real-time production issues, prioritizing safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for truck assembly (frame, axle, chassis, powertrain, final assembly).
• Lead Lean initiatives to improve throughput, reduce downtime, and increase productivity.
