International Motors, LLC is seeking a Team Lead I at the San Antonio manufacturing plant. You will lead a team of assemblers, material handlers, and quality inspectors to sustain and improve production while upholding safety, quality, and cost goals.

First-shift schedule runs Monday through Thursday, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime and occasional weekend coverage as needed. Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of experience in materials/warehouse or manufacturing/production, and must be

• Requires hands-on leadership in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor peers.
• Strong adherence to safety, quality, and cost priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of assemblers, material handlers, and inspectors to meet production goals.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and standardized work to ensure quality.
• Mentor teammates and promote a 4Step Training approach.
• Use KPI boards and visual management to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Ensure 5S, workspace organization, and safety standards are maintained.
• Coordinate cross-shift communication and daily stand-ups for issue resolution.
