Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead MES initiatives and roadmaps for truck manufacturing and assembly.
• Drive continuous improvement focusing on OEE, cycle time, and waste.
• Integrate MES with ERP, PLC, SCADA, quality and warehouse systems.
• Provide MES support for production startups, commissioning, and changes.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing traceability and data reporting.
• Manage MES projects, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
