International Motors, LLC seeks a Senior Project Engineer – Manufacturing Engineering for our San Antonio Assembly Plant. The role leads planning and execution of manufacturing projects across Body, Paint, and General Assembly, delivering multi-million-dollar capital initiatives and process improvements.

You will work with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Safety, R&D, Purchasing, Finance, IT, MES, and external contractors to define requirements, manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with manufacturing focus or related field.
• Master's degree in engineering is preferred with relevant project experience.

Mansioni

• Lead manufacturing engineering projects across the San Antonio campus from concept through production handoff.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, budgets, and status reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and equipment integrators.
• Lead readiness activities and ensure safety, quality, and production requirements are met.
