Job summary
Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati, OH is offering a 12-week Manufacturing Internship (Summer 2027) embedded in the Product Supply team. You will tackle real engineering problems, optimize processes, and collaborate with experienced professionals on projects that contribute to P&G brands.
This hands-on program emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced plant. Eligible students are pursuing an Engineering degree with a pre-eminent focus on data analytics, Lean/Six
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an engineering or related technical degree program.
- Anticipated graduation between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Ability to contribute to projects and manage timelines.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.
- Willingness to relocate for Summer 2027 internship.
Responsibilities
- Develop solutions to improve product designs and processes using data analytics.
- Support packaging line optimization and equipment integration.
- Assist with automation and robotics integration and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to capital projects from concept to execution.
- Support safety, quality, training, and digital solution adoption.
